1. INTRODUCTION

CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Hong Kong Branch respects the rights of confidentiality and privacy of  persons  accessing and/or using the web pages accessible at hongkong.ca-indosuez.com/ (the “Users” and the “Site” respectively). The  present privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains what type of data of the Users are collected through their access to and/or use of the Site and governs the use  of such data by CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Hong Kong Branch.

8. RIGHT OF ACCESS AND CORRECTION

On request of a User, CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Hong Kong Branch will provide such User with a copy of his/her Personal Data collected  by it pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations. Subject to the mandatory requirement of the applicable laws and regulations, the  User has the option to request correction, update, modification or deletion of his/her Personal Data collected by CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Hong Kong Branch, by sending a request using the contact form at the Site, to CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Hong Kong Branch.
