  • The many CSR projects resulting from societal, environmental and economic commitments of the Bank are recognized
  • A collective approach for progress and value creation by employees allows a concrete implementation of the company's strategy in all aspects of its activity
  • Thanks to new and innovative foreign exchange strategies, Indosuez has enriched its offer to meet the expectations of clients across all its locations while providing effective support
  • The automation of IT and operational processes has enabled Indosuez's Forex team in Switzerland to enhance its efficiency and the quality of service offered to clients

A corporate project combining the interests of clients and society

With the "Corporate Strategy Implementation" award, the jury recognised the Bank's consistency in implementing its strategy in line with the Crédit Agricole Group's values and its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). By articulating its corporate project around the raison d'être "Working everyday in the interests of our customers and society" at the heart of the Group's strategy, Indosuez Wealth Management provides its clients with a comprehensive offer that meets both its clients' expectations and its societal, environmental and economic commitments. In this way, the Bank supports and advises its clients in their investments in favor of sustainable development and a responsible economy by relying on the Group's know how and providing them with an open architecture offer.

In 2020, employees pursued a collective approach to progress and value creation at all levels of the Bank's activity. This project notably resulted in the launch of an action plan to promote diversity, the publication of an Equal Opportunities Charter and the deployment of a program, dedicated to women at the beginning of their careers and focused on leadership development. As a result, Indosuez obtained the Swiss "Fair-ON-Pay+" certification attesting to its respect for equal pay. Further, Indosuez Foundation embarked on an 8th cycle of support for projects with high social and environmental impact in Switzerland and around the world, complementing various fundraising events organised by employees and several donations from the bank to associations in favor of people weakened by the crisis.

Innovations that set us apart from the competition

In the "Best Forex Solution Provider" category, the jury rewarded Indosuez's ability to position itself at the forefront of innovation thanks to digital projects that increase the added value and efficiency of its offer and thus improve the quality of client service, particularly in terms of interaction with clients with highly sophisticated expectations.

Thus, in 2020, in a volatile market environment, Indosuez not only handled record volumes on foreign exchange derivatives, but also offered its clients new and innovative strategies, developing its value proposition for its clients across all its locations.

Awards honouring the work of employees

"Our employees are very honoured by this recognition and proud of the work done. These awards attest that, thanks to the strength of the Crédit Agricole Group and the quality of our offering, Indosuez's transformation is on the move. In 2021, we will continue to grow in line with our ambitious business plan" says Jean-François Deroche, CEO of CA Indosuez (Switzerland).
