Indosuez in Switzerland expands its Global Wealth Structuring division with the appointment of Bruno Morlain

July 26, 2023

Geneva, 25th July 2023 - Indosuez in Switzerland is strengthening its Global Wealth Structuring division with the appointment of Bruno Morlain as Head of this activity with effect from 1 July 2023. He will report to Michael Kofman, Head of Structuring & Financing for Indosuez in Switzerland, and to Sophie Champenois, Global Head of Structuring & Financing for the Indosuez group.

Against a backdrop of increasing internationalisation of wealth, supporting clients to structure their assets is a fundamental component of the Bank's value proposition. This service requires a high level of expertise in order to carry out an in-depth analysis of each individual’s situation and take account of their necessarily unique aspirations with regard to the protection, growth or transfer of their wealth to the next generation.

The nomination of Bruno Morlain as Head of Global Wealth Structuring at Indosuez Switzerland is part of this approach and will enable the Bank to pursue its ambition for excellence in this field. Bruno Morlain's many years of experience in a number of leading institutions in Switzerland and internationally will enhance the collective skills of a multidisciplinary team and the Bank's ability to support its clients with a wide range of wealth management issues, including expatriation, estate planning, structuring of professional and private assets and real estate acquisitions.

Bruno Morlain began his career as a wealth engineer more than 20 years ago with BNP Paribas (Paris, Luxembourg, Geneva), where he worked with wealth managers on legal and tax issues for European clients. In 2015, he joined Crédit Suisse, where he gradually took over responsibility for the Wealth Planning team for Northern Europe.
