Close to 470 employees having joined Indosuez group since January 2020, some in the midst of the health crisis, were invited to a web conference held on September 21.

The Indosuez group Senior Management chose a quite dynamic and interactive format for this event held remotely for the first time, with multiple presentations punctuated by video testimonials and illustrations, as well as Q&A sessions.
After several long months of health crisis, this exclusive meeting offered new comers a comprehensive and accurate view of our Group and corporate culture.

During three highlights, the participants learned about Indosuez’s fundamentals, its diversity, attractiveness, business lines, the client, human and societal components shaping its corporate project, and the transformation led by its teams.
This morning roundup allowed them to see how the "human" aspect at Indosuez contributes to its in-depth expertise, its innovation spirit, the optimisation of its processes, its commitment to society and, above all, its client-centric mindset.

The new comers are drivers of the ongoing momentum and active players in their personal development, at the heart of a company described by Indosuez group CEO Jacques Prost as "up and running" before concluding the conference by sharing his expectations.
"Let’s all remain involved alongside our clients, nurture our responsibility by fostering intrapreneurship, dare to adopt a culture of feedback, leverage our human-scale set up to combine goodwill and expectation and always think collective at Group level. These are fundamentals that give our corporate culture fuel to evolve continuously, and of which we can be proud!"
