Franck Bernay is appointed Deputy CEO of Azqore in charge of Information Technology. A subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, Azqore is a digital service provider specialising in information systems outsourcing and banking transaction processing for the wealth management industry. Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, Franck Bernay becomes a member of Azqore’s General management and Executive committees. He reports to Pierre Masclet, CEO of Azqore.

Biography

Franck Bernay began his career in 1990 as a system and network engineer for Aerospatiale. In 1994, he joined BNP Paribas, where he has been holding several strategic positions for 17 years in France and England, including head of IT security, deputy Chief Information Officer for Equity Derivatives, global head of Capital Market infrastructure and production. In 2011, he joined Natixis where he was successively head of IT infrastructure and production, deputy Chief Information Officer then Chief Information Officer. In 2018, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BPCE Infogerance & Technologies, an IT service company of the BPCE group (Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne) employing 1,700 employees.

Franck Bernay holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Telecommunications from Télécom Paris.
